We genuinely want to help your small business grow. We are investing a lot of time and money into each of these websites, and we want to ensure the winners will genuinely benefit from and utilize the website. Below are the rules and requirements. This will help us identify businesses that are prepared to make the most of this opportunity and are serious about their growth.
1. Contest Overview
- Organizer: SmartStart Media One
- Duration: The contest ends January 1, 2024.
- Eligibility: This contest is open to small businesses located in United States. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally registered businesses.
2. How to Enter
- To enter the contest, participants must complete the registration form
- Participants must provide the following information:
- Business Name
- Contact Name
- Email Address
- Industry
- Current Website URL (if applicable)
- Why they want to win (short response)
- Only one entry per business is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3. Contest Requirements
- Winners must agree to:
- Provide content (text, images, logo) for the website within 14 days of winning. We can assist in this as well as create or rewrite the content.
- Actively engage with their new website by promoting it through their social media channels and email lists.
- Provide feedback and a testimonial after the project is completed by posting reviews on our Facebook Page, Google Business Listing, and on their business social media profile
- Winners agree that SmartStart Media One has full rights to use the winners’ testimonials, reviews, and live website in our Portfolio.
- Submit proof of business status (e.g., business license number or website/social media presence) if selected.
- If you do not have an existing website URL, registering one is required. (cost between $14-$19)
4. Selection of Winners
- Winners will be chosen based on the clarity of their submission, business need, and potential for growth.
- Five winners will be selected and announced on January 15, 2025 via our Social Media Profiles
- Winners will be contacted via email, and they must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
5. Prize Details
- The prize consists of a custom-designed, optimized website with four pages (Landing Page, Services Page, About Us Page, and Contact Form), valued at $495.
- No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered.
6. General Conditions
- By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by SmartStart Media One regarding the contest.
- SmartStart Media One reserves the right to modify the contest at any time for any reason.
